The "Big Sports" and later the Rodeo were once the Fort's Canada Day events. Recently, Family and Community Support Services took on the coordination of celebrations. A pancake breakfast, parade, races, games and bicycle decorating provide enjoyment for all ages.

The wagon train which travels from South Tall Cree to Fort Vermilion and the wagon rides that some of the teamsters provide have become a real hit!
